Bella Vista Development
The Bella Vista Development is a proposed mixed-use community in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Developed in collaboration with Modly through the Northwest Arkansas Industrialized Construction Program, the project uses mass timber and modular construction systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and expand housing delivery.
The master plan combines residential, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings within a walkable community that preserves the creek corridor.
The development utilizes a prefabricated kit-of-parts system with standardized mass timber components, modular kitchens and bathrooms, and prefabricated exterior panels adaptable for apartments, hospitality buildings, and single-family homes.
