THE LOW END
The Low End is a district-scale development master plan along N Russell Street in Portland, focused on rebuilding Albina. MALL led the concept design and Master Planning in collaboration with Fievre+Jones, exploring new models for housing, commercial space, education, and community programming across 4.86 acres.
