Pre-Cast Tower (Bang) proposes 309 residential units, 216 parking spaces, and 107,000 square feet of non-residential program space.
This development project is constructed using precast concrete panels, a system that combines insulation, finish surfaces, and structural support into a single wall panel. Compared to traditional cast-in-place concrete construction, the precast system reduces waste production, accelerates construction timelines, and increases usable square footage.
Bang is a 21-story mixed-use residential tower positioned along Jefferson Street at the Atlanta BeltLine. Developed in collaboration with Grind Capital and Cooper Carry, the project integrates retail, structured parking, and high-density housing within a compact urban footprint.
Rising to 225 feet, the maximum allowable height, Bang maximizes density and transit-oriented development potential within Atlanta’s evolving Westside district.
