WORK FORCE HOUSING
Work Force Housing project is a multi-family residential development in Bend, Oregon. The project comprises a series of compact housing blocks and shared amenity buildings, organized along pedestrian pathways and landscaped courtyards, creating a walkable environment. The development is defined by a distinctive dual-pitch prefabricated roof truss, combining a 10:12 primary slope with a 3:12 secondary slope, which generates an asymmetrical roof form across the housing blocks. This repeated truss geometry establishes a recognizable silhouette for the neighborhood while enabling efficient construction through prefabricated wood trusses.
